    MSM 500gm

    (USA source)

MSM Nourishes and fortifies tissues and Cells.

Contains 99.452% Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and 0.548% Moisture.

Sulfur (in the form of MSM) is called the forgotten mineral by several prominent researchers, and Earl L. Mindell, R.Ph., Ph.D. says that organic sulfur or what we know as methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM) is the kind our bodies can use and absorb. He wrote the booklet "The MSM Miracle" in 1997 in which he states that the reason for writing it is to change its undervalued status by “turning the spotlight on sulfur.”
Our MSM product is tested, bonding agent free and expander free as well as full strength pure, natural MSM sourced from America. MSM is refined by distillation (hence, the purity). We assure you that our MSM is NOT Chinese, not irradiated, has no fillers, bonding agents or expanders, is not produced in a lab from petrochemicals and has been tested.

    Are You Sulfur Deficient?
Did you know that Sulfur (Sulphur) is the 4th most abundant mineral in the human body? A form of sulfur we can use is methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM). Sulfur is present in the human body at about 140g, mainly in the proteins but there is some in all cells, tissues and joints. Much Sulfur (maybe half) is found in skin, hair and nails. Sulfur is also found in four amino acids, methionine, cystine, cysteine and taurine. Cystine and cysteine can both be made from methionine and taurine.  Methionine (an essential amino acid) must be available from the food we eat as we cannot make it in our bodies. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, hence the need for a bioavailable (absorbable) form of Sulfur like MSM. There are lots of different types of proteins in the body, not only in muscles, some of the others are: transport proteins, enzymes, insulin and heparin, an anticoagulant. Taurine is found in bile acids, and the sulfur containing amino acids help form other necessary substances such as biotin, coenzyme A, lipoic acid and glutathione. Sulfur is needed to help the cells use oxygen in energy production, thus helping brain function and all cell activity and it is needed for the immune system because antibodies have several di-sulfide bonds.

Where can we find dietary Sulfur?
Dietary Sulfur can be found in protein foods, particularly eggs. It's also found in smaller amounts in garlic, onions, very fresh green vegetables and turnips, nuts and some fruits. Bioavailable Sulfur (like MSM) is very water soluble and can be lost in storage, washing and cooking. Sulfur is found in two of the B vitamins, thiamine and biotin, thiamine being important to skin, insulin and carbohydrate metabolism, and biotin is important for hair. Sulfur deficiency may be more common when foods are grown in sulfur deficient soils. When people are on low protein diets (or low in stomach acids to process proteins) and when there is a lack of the right kind of intestinal bacteria to finish the digestion process. Our soils are deficient in lots of minerals! Some people have even sprinkled MSM on their vegetable patch to ensure the plants get enough.

Sulfur deficiencies can be associated with; Slow wound healing, Scar tissue, Brittle nails, Brittle hair, Gastrointestinal problems, Inflammation, Lung dysfunction, Immune dysfunction, Arthritis, Allergies, Acne and other Skin conditions.

Supplementing with MSM assures an adequate supply of easily absorbable organic Sulfur for the body to use.

    Detoxifying Immune Boosting Lemonade Recipe

    Ingredients:

    400mL spring water
    1 organic Lemon (no skin)
    1 tsp MSM
    1-3 tsp raw Honey
    1 tsp SHINE
    12 drops FULVIC
    1 tsp SHIELD
    Pinch Cayenne Pepper

    Method:

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if you like your lemonade chilled – it is best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.

This lemonade is a very powerful cleansing smoothie that stirs up a lot of acidic toxins, so I recommend also drinking a green juice consisting of organic celery, cucumber, parsley, coriander or any other green leafy vegetables with 1-2 heaped teaspoons of REVIVE to keep the body in balance daily.

When you combine SHINEMSMSHIELD and FULVIC ACID you get a very effective immune system boosting beverage that dissolves bad calcium deposits in the body! I consumed this smoothie for 12 months and noticed a big difference in my overall wellbeing. Initially I felt sluggish as it detoxified my body, however, I now feel amazing!

    Kick Start Smoothie Recipe

    Ingredients:

2 cups frozen organic Blueberries (Woolworths freezer section)
    500mL spring water
1 dessertspoon REVIVE (start 1/4 tsp and gradually build up)
    1/4 tsp MSM

    Method:

    1. Place all ingredients except the REVIVE into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

    2. Add REVIVE and blend briefly before serving.

    3. Ideally consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you’re consuming the Detoxifying Immune Boosting Lemonade, consume the Lemonade first and then the Kick Start Smoothie second. You can alter your smoothie by replacing the blueberries with any other frozen fruit. You may have to soak your Goji berries in water for a few hours to soften them depending on how powerful your blender is.

I encourage you to increase the quantity of Goji berries in your smoothie. Keep in mind that you may need to add more water as the dried Goji berries will thicken the smoothie. In my experience Goji’s help keep people regular, so this smoothie is a great remedy for constipation.

This Kick Start Smoothie has proved to be a very powerful energy boosting and highly rejuvenating beverage that many people have told me “it has changed their life for the better!”. So try this smoothie to kick start your day instead of having a harder to digest grain based breakfast and you be the judge.
