    Serving Suggestion


    Serving scoop included in pack (10g - one level tablespoon).
    Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water
    in a shaker bottle once or twice daily.
    Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
    Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.


    Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
    Close lid tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

    1. Great if you can drink it

      The taste is so bad that its nearly impossible to get it down without vomiting it back up. And to large amount required to put into capsules. x8 OOO capsules didn't even cover 1/4 of required doses!
      Very sad as would be so wonderful with such great ingredients.

      Didn't really know much about this product before i bought it and wasn't sure what to expect. All i knew was that i needed something after taking binders for quite some time and i really didn't want to use the usual over-the-counter products from a pharmacy. The organic and/or wild-craft ingredients sold me - and so i gave it a try. I had no idea what regular meant until after i started taking this product.. day !! My sister tried it - just less than 1/2 of one dose - and she found it amazing - She works at a colon cleaning business, so if that doesn't tell you something - nothing will. My mum wanted to try it (82 yrs old) as she's having difficulty with lots of med's and isnt' very mobile. As she's on a warfarin like product, she only took a small amount to test the waters. .. it still helped her. The only reason i haven't given this product a 5 is because of the taste - can't say it's going to be pleasant, but if you need something that's going to work - don't hesitate to buy this product!
