Suggested Use
Start with ¼ teaspoon of Chlorella in a glass of purified water, juice or in a smoothie. Over 4 weeks, gradually increase to 1-2 heaped teaspoons per day.
HIGH INTENSITY: Consume 2 teaspoons of Chlorella in water or juice 3 times per day, 30 minutes before each meal.
NOTE: Some people may experience detox reactions such as headaches and fatigue. If this occurs, temporarily reduce the serving size and increase water consumption until the symptoms subside.
It is recommended to drink at least 2 litres of good quality water per day.
To maximise freshness, close lid tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.

Makes 400ml
1 cup frozen organic mango
1 small handful organic green leafy vegetables
1 small piece organic cucumber
1 squeeze organic lemon or lime juice
250ml purified water
1-2 teaspoons Chlorella
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
